The guesthouse offers perfect accommodation for a solo traveller (or a couple). It has a nice style, has all necessary basic amenities, and is located in a very quiet and safe part of the city (but still close to the city center and university). My room/part of the house was slightly separated, so that I did not even cross paths with other guests. The hosts were very responsive and overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
