Everything was PERFECT. The location of the hotel the food, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the pleasant atmosphere, the hotel staff, especially Lori, who was very nice and helped us with everything we were interested in about Ksamil. Brand new, luxurious and great taste in everything. Great location and soundproof windows. Staff were serviceable , smiling and helpful. The owner Adil was on premises all day and was really nice to us, even offered us his special fresh milk ice cream. We loved it!
