Accessibility: While the hotel's secluded location adds to its charm, it's important to note that having a private car or scooter is essential for convenience. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to the Himare center, which is a viable option for those without their own transportation. The slight distance from the center is a small trade-off for the peaceful and picturesque setting the hotel offers. The property was clean and well maintained.It’s perfect for families especially if you have a young child as you have all the facilities that you need from washing machine to kitchen appliances.Tha area was very quiet and close to everything.Beach was 5-10’ minutes drive market was 5’ minute walk.I’m very happy for the choice that we make to stay there for our holidays.Highly recommend this place.

Zhulat is a small mountain village that offers a truly authentic Albanian experience — you’ll likely be the only tourists or foreigners there. It’s hard to put into words what we experienced in the home of Fatmir and Fjona. If you’re seeking the real Albania, far from tourist resorts, this is the place for you. Here, you’ll encounter true Albanian hospitality. The house has belonged to Fatmir’s family for generations — their son is the 10th generation to live here. It’s a traditional stone house with a beautiful garden, full of history and decorated in authentic Albanian style. Each morning, Fjona prepares a rich and delicious breakfast made from local and homegrown ingredients. The garden is simply stunning — and much of what you eat comes directly from it. We were invited to a traditional Albanian dinner prepared by Fjona — homemade and full of local flavors. The next day, they even welcomed us for a delicious lunch. Staying here wasn’t just about accommodation — it was about connection, and a deep experience of real Albanian life. The place is calm and quiet, surrounded by mountains, with a refreshing river nearby. Gjirokastër is only about 30 minutes away. Fatmir and Fjona are warm, welcoming, and truly kind hosts. When we return to Albania, we will definitely come back to this place.

The view was breathtaking and there is no other place compared in Qeparo. House was renovated recently with contemporary finishings giving you the feeling of home. Rooms are very clean, spacious and naturaly cool during the hot summer days. Balcony was huge and very useful.

The best thing about this hotel were the staff. They were all exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The location is phenomenal - right on the beach! The beach is mainly pebbles, but the water is extremely clear and nice to swim in. You can go for a walk along the promenade with ease. Very happy with it. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and it had a good variety. The beach bar attached to the hotel was great. You get sun lounges, bean bags and umbrellas included with your stay. This is an understated inclusion considering you need to pay for these everywhere! There are outside showers to wash off after a swim. There is ample parking at the property, although I don’t think this would be the case in peak season. The attached restaurant made great meals.

The views over the surrounding hills were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic escape in southern Albania.
