The Breakfast was one of the exciting things about my experience. I loved that breakfast slot was from 7am - 11am which gives guest time to have breakfast. The Location was good as there are bus stop close to the hotel which is 4mins, and 8 minutes walk away. The staff are very attentive and responsive. Offering me a welcome drink to help with dehydration when I arrived was a top-notch customer experience feeling for me. On my first day, I did not have a charging adapter and I asked for one, I was directed to a store where I could buy it. On my 3rd day, I wanted to have a taste of the local cuisine and I asked the receptionist for recommendations which they gave me

The hotel is around 15 minutes walking distance away from the main atractions in Tirana. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpfull and kind. The breakfast is perfect and the spa is really relaxing. One of the best facilities we've ever had chance to stay in. We will never look for another hotel if we ever go back to Tirana!

Great comfortable hotel on a quiet street just ten minutes from all the central Tirana highlights. The balcony was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast buffet had all one could wish for.

Perfect location, great view of the city by day/night, especially if you book the penthouse, and a very clean place which is essential, I'd argue. Also as important communication with staff is really easy and you can arrange all the stay with no concerns, Ervis was a pleasure to communicate and arrange check-in with!
