I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in Saranda! Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, and the facilities are modern and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming — a special shout-out to Gabriel and Andrey for going above and beyond. Truly 10 out of 10 service! I will definitely be coming back. Brand new, luxurious and great taste in everything. Great location and soundproof windows. Staff were serviceable , smiling and helpful. The owner Adil was on premises all day and was really nice to us, even offered us his special fresh milk ice cream. We loved it!

-The garden was mesmerising, beautiful, and simply amazing. We loved also the presence of the lovely cats and dog (a wonderful company for chilly evenings). -The view from the balcony, and the comfort from the hotel. Peaceful and relaxing. -The room was cleaned every day and it was spotless. -Exceptional service. The staff was super friendly, always finding a quick solution for any problem that arises. -The hotel provided everything for a comfortable stay (beach towels, cushions for the beach, laundry service which was super appreciated). -Breakfast was complete and has a good variety of options for all tastes -Wifi worked perfectly well. -Access to the beach was so near, and convenient. -Absolutely recommend this hotel for mice and chill holidays.

Enis and his mother tried so hard that we were already "uncomfortable" ;) They were happy to listen, cleaned the room, changed the sheets and towels (it wasn't necessary) every other day. Always smiling and it was really nice to meet them. We will return to them with pleasure.

Nice new spacious apartment, good aircondition, clean. Good location a little bit out of town center, but still walking distance. Lovely sun deck, with amazing view. Nice bar on the sun deck. Underground car parking.

Very clean and comfortable place. The beds have a curtain to give you some privacy and the aircon works. It's not a party hostel, so if you are into that, this place is probably too boring for you. Still easy to meet people as a solo traveller.
