We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at this great villa. Lovely place, with great views, the pool was fantastic and warm enough to swim in, in early may. Nearby minimarkets for "essentials" and a short ride to town for markets with greater selection.

The host is very lovely, we arrived super late and she came to receive us. The rooms is big and fresh and the terrace has amazing views to the mountains. The best is the breakfast, is complete, delicious and very homemade we enjoyed so much our time there. Thank you very much!

Wonderful stay, the host was exceptionally nice. The room was very modern and clean. Comfortable beds, big bathroom, high standard. Breakfast( included in the price) was a traditional albanian breakfast consisting of fresh vegetables, eggs, meat ans white cheese. The portions were generous and the food was good quality. Host served us home- grown fruits everyday. The hosts' son even have us a ride to the bazaar. Great place to stay in Berat, we'll definetelly come back.

Simple check in process with a lockbox. Host lives above property and very friendly and communication always great ! The property was more beautiful than the pictures and amazing value. The garden/pool area is a quiet and green space. Surrounded by a garden of fruit trees. The hosts have pets that are beautiful (2 puppies!, rabbits cats and a dog) who roam the property and are all very friendly. Kitchen was very usable and indoor spaces had beautiful aircon. Comfortably slept 4 of us. We travelled without a car - and jenzo helped to drop us into town which was really lovely of him. However it was fairly easy to find a taxi number and a short roughly 10euro ride to centre of berat (a wonderful city). In the neighbourhood/village of the villa there is a shop and bar/restaurant and the local people are very friendly. Most importantly jenzo (and his parents) were fantastic hosts - very interesting people who were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time!

The owner and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We have been served a delicious breakfast that was all owner produce including milk, eggs, local cheese, sour milk, jam and bread. The house is situated on the edge of the Berat and offers a quiet stay. The view from the house is breathtaking and the terrace offers great opportunity for relaxation. The house is clean and equipped with all necessary modern facilities.

Spacious, clean and lovely staff. The breakfast was excellent. I asked for green tea which they did not have, but made a nice lemon tea instead. An hour after breakfast the staff informed me they went to buy green tea, and made me a cup. How kind.
