There was a lot of variety at breakfast and it was delicious. The room and bathroom were clean. The reception was very helpful and friendly. We especially thank Hayk and the bar staff for their interest. There are various restaurants and coffee shops next to the hotel, and the walking distance to the square is quite short.

I'm extremely happy for the service have been provided by the receptionist. Especially those night shift girls. Even we have faced no hot water, TV has no sound, they have helped us. Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.
