My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this hotel was special. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The hotel had a perfect balance of luxury and comfort in every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning heated pool area. It was the perfect spot to relax. The hotel also has an amazing library. It’s a peaceful, cozy place with a great selection of books, both classic and modern. I spent hours reading and enjoying the quiet. The restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering fresh and delicious dishes. The staff were attentive without being overwhelming, making each meal enjoyable. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Amazing location — right next to beautiful sights and hiking trails! Every neighbor we met was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The house has everything you need for cooking, plus lots of beds and sofas, which makes it perfect for families or groups of up to six. We especially loved the peaceful setting and the sounds of nature around the property. We greatly appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude towards our dog!

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!
