Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

This is a brand new hotel, far from the city center which makes it really QUIET. I enjoyed the view to the older city part, so natural and cozy. Air conditioning worked fine, this is really important in Armenia. The bed was comfortable as well. There is a good grocery nearby working till late hours. I will come back for sure. The room and the hotel itself is very clean, staff is friendly and smiley. Location is perfect-only 15 minutes walk from the center. You can find everything around: shops, attractions, etc. The room had microwave and kettle. One of my favourite vacations.

I had a very big room for myself. The bathrooms were clean and it wasn't loud in the guest house. There's also a big kitchen and last but not least, the owners of the guesthouse are very kind!
