This is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are unique with a kitchenette. The rooms on the street side have a divider between the bed and dinning kitchen which is also good for privacy. The breakfast was great with lots of selection and casual dining. friendly and accomodating staff.

Their staff was wonderful and very helpful especially since we have limited Spanish language skills. The hotel is in an older building & the decor is late 1940/early 1950 chic. Everything was very attractive. It was like being in film set.

First thing that caught my attention in this apartment was how clean and spacious it was. It is located within a 5 minute walk to the mall and food court, to a supermarket just around the block, and to restaurants. From the bedroom, one can walk out to a backyard garden with chairs and a table. Dario picked us up from/to the airport and it is a 20-30 minute drive, well worth the charge for the airport transfer. We were served generous breakfasts with bread and jelly, coffee, fruits and water. Dario speaks a little English but he is a pro at using his translator app, so we had no communication issues. Prior to our scheduled departure day, a strike was announced and our flight was cancelled. Dario spent a couple of hours helping us get rebooked, calling his friends who worked for the airliine, and doing everything he could to help us in anyway. He apologized for what was happening in his country and told us he was available for us 24/7. We ended up staying two more days. From the time we met him, Dario was always warm and attentive to the needs of two people in their 70s. I always got a quick response for questions or requests. He also exchanged our dollars to Argentine pesos. Dario's other apartment can sleep at least 6 people. I will definitely stay at his place the next time I visit and will bring my family along. Considering the relatively inexpensive price and the services we received, plus comparing to other places we have stayed in Argentina with similar prices, I am rating this place a 10.

Fabulous location right in the heart of buzzing Palermo and literally 2 mins walk to famous San Julio restaurant. Luciana is an exceptional host who went out of her way to help us not only with flat but all our questions about BA - money change, leaving bags, etc and was always contactable. She really went the extra mile for us - arranging for us to check in early and even calling up a hotel we had difficulty booking on our behalf. She is really incredibly helpful and kind.
