We drove past on arrival and missed the apartment, but the host was very quick to answer messages, so we were soon in the right location. We had brought food with us for this one and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host was so friendly and showed us round and then left us alone, I think she lives in the apartment next door. We walked about fifteen minutes to a restaurant that just did snacks, clearly the rules about smoking inside didn't seem to apply at the location, but the landlords (as it was more a pub really) were lovely and the location was beautiful, as was the walk to get there and the sun setting over the mountains on the way back. The rooms were comfortable with a nice shower and facilities for washing clothes, a must when travelling for a month. The bed was nice and comfy and the are was so lovely and quiet.

All perfect. Room was spacy, bed perfect, kitchenette available even if I did not need. Table and chair enabling working in room. Bathroom spacy and clean.

Located right on the Tauern Bicycle Trail in the centre of Bischofshofen, a 5-minute walk from the train station, Hotel Gasthof Tirolerwirt was renovated in summer 2013.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were also very friendly and helpful. Parking was also available, secure and close.

Beautiful located hotel with family and friendly atmosphere . Specious rooms with traditional alpine style. Very clean. Nice wellness with separate part for adults. Sun terrace with outstanding view. Good food. Nice people. Nature arround. Full relaxation!

Really lovely stay at D’Fidlerin. In a small alpine town with great facilities and an interesting history, Evelyn was very welcoming and the apartment was spotless. Highly recommended.
