We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

The accommodation was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable large bed ideal for two couples. We really enjoyed rich breakfast and dinners. The hotel has large SPA facility that is available anytime for the hotel guests and you can stay as long as you want. Staying in the hotel was very relaxing experience and with the beautiful area of Achensee lake and mountains all around it made our holiday unforgettable.

Absolutely perfect.. From the manager until the cleaning lady, and the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very kind.and professional. Everything is clean, the rooms are modern and outstanding.

Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake. The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed.
