We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. This Hotel was like a winter wonderland it's warm and friendly staff are welcoming and approachable. The scenery is stunning to say the least. On arrival to the hotel our room was presented with lots of little goodies such as a platter of bakery treats with large bottle of mineral water. We then had a complementary lunch with soup and cake with hot beverage of choice. These little touches really made our stay memorable. My visit was one of sadness in a sense was with my best friend who is very ill and I just wanted a memory that we could share I think I will book again in new year it was the perfect place to relax or ski and explore. For just a while we was able to forget about our troubles and just be in a little paradise. I would recommend anyone who loves natures beauty to visit this spectacular hotel. I will be returning there when I next have a chance.

Great interaction with the farm animals, and the whole family are welcoming hosts. The view, the location, the atmosphere, everything is wonderful. Breakfast and afternoon cake always super tasty. It was our second visit and we will surely be back!

Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in this region. The facilities were wonderful, an infinity rooftop pool with a beautiful view and good temperature, the wellness and spa area was amazing as well. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want, and finally, the staff are very helpful and friendly, with a special mention and thank you to Christoph from the reception desk for his kindness!! Can only recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!

Great stay in Sankt Johann im Pongau. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is delicious. There is a storage room for ski boots and skis which is great. Just a short (steep!) walk from the town center where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars,... We will come back again to enjoy Austria in Winter and Summer.
