The hotel was superb and exceptionally clean. Spa and sauna facilities were very well taken care of. Hotel personnel were very proactive and helpful. The hotel is brand new, architecturally perfect, stylish and reeks of old times. It is as if you have returned to the end of the 19th century. Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

The apartment was a clean, pretty new, nice desiged, faire-price. It is located 3 minutes away from the bus stations from which you can reach Bad Gastein or Bad Hoffgastein in less than 10 minutes. The busses stop directly in front of the skii lift. The apartment had a nice small kitchen with microwave and Nesspresso machine and a dining space, which we enjoyed for having breakfast and dinner every day. The owner and his father were super helpful and kind.

Super cool designer hotel. Room with the valley view was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety. Sauna was lovely and modern.
