Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible. The location is just stunning—breathtaking mountain views, relaxing river sounds, and a peaceful, calm neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re truly away from it all. We loved sitting outside with coffee, simply enjoying the view. Inside, the place is perfect. Spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. Every detail has clearly been thought out and furnished with care and love. It’s a home that feels special the moment you walk in. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We’re already planning to return to this very same villa. It’s truly a gem!

We had a fantastic stay in the chalet - modern high spec facilities, in a great location. The owner Silvia has thought of everything. The private sauna outside was very nice and a great way to unwind after being on the slopes. Silvia was fantastic - very quick to answer my many questions (ski hire, restaurants, and unfortunately hospitals for a ski injury!!). She was so wonderful and helped us a lot. Property is located at the bottom of the family run, and you can ski from there to the main mid station lift without the need to use a car or walk far with skis.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped with everything needed (tea, coffee, cleaning products, salt, oil, etc.). Great coffee machine, comfy beds, large TVs. Infra-red sauna and whirlpool bath were great and the children loved the table football. Remote location so you need a car. It's a 10 min drive from Semmering for skiing (20 mins for Stuhleck). We'd happily come back and will look to try it in the summer months next time.

The Apartment is really big and very clean! Everything inside is new and tidy! The host is very friendly! You have amazing view on the ancient church and delicious breakfast in the restaurant across the street! Stuhleck ski center is 15 minutes ride. I would come back again!

Nadine has been very helpful , she provided all the information we needed and was there to support with extra requests too. The apartment was clean and super equipped with everything you might need. Absolutely comfortable bed!! It is a 10min drive to Stuhleck for skiing. Perfect place to stay.
