Everything at this property was top notch. The staff and facilities made our stay very comfortable. We were with a toddler and we didn’t have to be worried about her as this place has something for all ages be it adults, teenagers or toddlers. There are enough play area, kids activity rooms, games, outdoor play area and lovely pools. The surroundings are so beautiful for short walk and hike in the nature. We also got access to free cable car rides during our stay (may be it’s seasonal). There are also enough parking and car charging options.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Waldruhe and we will most likely come back when we visit the region. One feels immediately welcomed, all the staff is friendly and highly competent. They also fluent in different languages (aussi en français et italien) which makes it easy to exchange small talks. Our room was spacious, very clean, well- equipped with a balcony. The interior of the hotel is stylish and includes references of the past which we thought added a nice touch. The breakfast (buffet) is well presented with lots of specialities, home baked bread , butter from a local farm and so much more. The dinner was also exceptional. The wellness area is very spacious and counts two sauna, a steam bath, a infrared cabin, showers and plenty of space to relax. We could walk our dog in the surrounding forest but also around the lake 5 min away with the car.

Everything is clean, the beds very comfortable, very well-equipped. When we come back to this region, we will gladly book this apartment again.

The house is in a mountain area with beautiful panorama, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and most of all, the family was super nice and helpful. And as a bonus, there were some cute animals around the house (goats, cows, kittens!) which the kids loved!
