We loved everything about this hotel! We could check in early which was super convenient, the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was delicious and of good quality, and the metro station was only a few minutes away and 15 15-minute ride from the centre. Would come back for sure!

Elizabeth our hostess was very welcoming; she and her husband helped with our luggage and as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, she very kindly provided our breakfast on Monday morning. The weather was intensely hot and sleeping was not easy, but our hostess provided electric fans for our comfort. Also there was a welcome Nespresso machine so we could have coffee.

The 4-star hotel, the ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser is located opposite Vienna’s United Nations headquarters and the Austria Center Vienna, next to the Kaiserwasser pond with a bathing jetty.
