    Ken & Rob are exceptional hosts. They welcomed us like family and we felt at home and loved everything about our stay. When it came time to leave I didn't want to! From the lovely room to the breakfast to the company, you will not regret your choice to stay with them!

    Robyn and Ken are amazing, going above and beyond, both had a wonderful smile to return to, they offered so many extra like pool etc. But most enjoyable was simply the time to sit and chat, would recommend them and look forward to returning and introducing the rest of our family

    A lovely location and very good facilities with comfortable bed. A tasty breakfast as well. But the highlight of the stay were our warm and gracious hosts, Ken and Robyn. What wonderful people. Welcomed us into their home with afternoon tea and we sat down and had a lovely chat. The same thing when we went down for breakfast the next day. Honestly, if we all didn't have places to be, I'm sure we would have sat and talked for hours. You end up almost feeling like family.

    Very friendly hosts, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast range, and great facilities. Very affordable place to stay, easy to get to and from Ipswich.
