His willingness to help and efficiency were outstanding, as he enabled us to extend our checkout time without any additional questions. This experience was upgraded for free, and we were extremely grateful for it. The Holiday Hotel and especially Mr. Mohamed deserve all the praise for their hospitality and professionalism. Cilom airport lodge have improved thier facility greatly, with now more professional staff, amazing new rugs and blankets, very neat rooms. This time around the facility was good. They run round the clock trip to airport, though had no means of contacting them on arrival, it did not take me 5min before spotting one of the buses.
