The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. Despite our late arrival, they showed up within minutes, offering valuable information and demonstrating remarkable flexibility, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with my four-year-old son. After a long travel we found the Gumnut Cottage was the perfect place to recharge. It is a very bright, clean and well equipped apartment with comfy beds and real homey feel. The beautiful garden was very peaceful. The friendly hosts were very accomodating and even enabled an early check in due to our early arrival time.Thank you and hope to be back one day.

As I arrive in Perth at 8am I always contact the hotel to request an early check in. Both times I have stayed the staff have made this available at no extra cost which allows me to get a shower and rest prior to checking out early the next day. All staff including the Firehouse Restaurant are superb and it's my go to place in Perth!
