Motel was easy to find and once their staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Was able to park right outside door of room. Location was great as only a minutes' walk to all the shops in town. Overall great place to stay and will be booking in their again for sure.

We loved our stay it was so peaceful with beautiful outlooks from every window. The studio was larger than we expected and could easily accommodate a third person comfortably if needed. We felt every detail from the furnishings to the artwork and flowers from the garden in each room were thoughtful and made it a lovely place to relax. Bathroom & kitchen had everything we needed. The studio was more like a spacious townhouse. The communication with Tom from the property was prompt & informative we couldn’t have asked for more.

The Bay Rose is a beautiful place with nice garden and beautifully decorated old Victorian style rooms, we had fresh flowers on dining table and warm beds to sleep in. Birds singing in the early morning hours and nice views from living rooms and some nice walking trails that’s what we didn’t even expect to find in one place. Great quiet location for relaxation, lots of space to spread out. Kids loved the swing, friendly farm animals and pick you own blueberries 2 minutes up the road. Close enough to beach for days trips on the great ocean road and return to the forest for rest.

Great little cottage, spotlessly clean and very cute. We were at a wedding and really didn't spend much time there but it had everything you needed, the electric blankets were great as the weather turned very nasty. Deb was very helpful and easy to contact.
