The place is beautifully decorated, bed and even the sofa is comfortable. Lots of clean towels, a nice bath with bubble bath. Good hot water pressure. I fed and watched birds (various parrots) at the patio, played with the cat. Carmel thought of everything; phone chargers and electrical sockets at the work desk and bed side. She provided bread, butter, an assortment of jams, cereals, eggs, milk, coffee and various teas. Well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle, utensils, mugs and wine glasses etc. Board games, books etc in the drawers. There were detailed instructions. The place is also near Woolworth and BWS Emerald, and very near Emerald Lake Park which is lovely to visit in autumn. I stayed 3 days but wish I had stayed longer!

Great location that is near enough to amenities (short drive to supermarket, petrol, food etc.) yet quiet and peaceful among trees and nature. Beds are comfortable and warm for the winter. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen so we could cook our own meals easily. Washer and dryer are very handy. Friendly owner.

Lovely cosy cottage in a very peaceful location. The children loved the goats - very friendly. Wonderful hosts who were very responsive to our questions. Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    This place was calm,quiet and serene. We loved our hosts, they were warm and friendly, quick to check on us and help around. Our kid loved running around the open space, feeding birds.Lyn has maintained the place clean, thoughtful about keeping tiny little things handy which you could often forget or runout during a trip. They have a fully equipped kitchen, if you decide to cook. Overall, I would love to go back to a known place that makes me feel calm and relaxed. Thanks Lyn & Joe.

    It was beautiful decorated and cozy. We went with our toddler and there were toys for him at the house 🥰 bathroom was amazingly clean and offered a huge range of hotel style stuff . We loved it!!

    Very quiet. Everything inside matched from sheets to wall art. Didn’t need to bring anything. All supplied. Plenty of games for adults/ kids. Fresh loaf of bread supplied along with beautiful muffins. Host Carmel gives you a great rundown on property when arrive.

    It’s situated beautifully in amongst wildlife and was very welcoming. Our host was amazing and the faculties were clean and tidy. It was very cosy and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our little family stay.
