The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. Despite our late arrival, they showed up within minutes, offering valuable information and demonstrating remarkable flexibility, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with my four-year-old son. Loved the location and close proximity to a variety of eateries. Clean rooms. Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While I didn't have a dog with me, I was really impressed to read that it is a pet friendly venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was spotless and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Beautiful location, all is very well maintained. The views towards the river from the shady balcony are lovely. Shame there aren’t any loungers (neither on the balcony nor in the garden). We also had dinner, breakfast and did wine tasting; all were excellent! Thank you!

Staff are extremely friendly, I had booked the wrong room as I had my 2 kids with me and needed the pull out bed, but they were kind enough to get a trundler bed for us.
