The rooms, host and extensive, beautiful and artfully decorated property and grounds were amazing! We especially liked that we were free to use the common rooms and facilities and to help ourselves to drinks and snacks - making it feel like it was our manor for a day! The room upgrade so that our rooms could be close together was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise. Had a nice time chatting with the host as well. Even the history and heritage of the building were interesting - read about the property itself and its artworks in books scattered throughout the property. =)

We loved everything! Very private with trees, native animals and views all around us. Great hosts. Lovely wood heater which heated all the cabin - we didn't need the electric blankets. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was a lovely space for our friends from Sheffield to come out and spend time with us, have a BBQ and enjoy the facilities of the cabin. We will definitely be back next year!

We loved everything and our kids too. Remote enough to feel away from civilization and close enough to all the necessary things and places to visit (Cradle Mountain Park, wildlife sanctuaries…). The orchards, the farm animals, the wonderful welcome from Graham and Kathleen. We just regret not spending more time on the farm.

amazing location in the countryside with spectacular views. the cottages/chalets were set on the hillside well spaced out. great swimming pool and local based walks. we loved the trip to the mine with kids on
