Beautifully situated house, clean, spacious, quiet surroundings and very comfortable. Bedrooms were well furnished with good beddings. Kitchen well equipped to cook a full meal with a variety of basic condiments. Good communications with host, Samantha. Good base for touring the Tasman peninsula. We spent a very enjoyable three days, truly a beautiful retreat.

We arrived with the friendly reception helping with speedy check in, to our surprised, a no extra charge upgrade to the King Studio Apartment. It has everything we need in the kitchen, ensuite, with a heater/air-conditional and even a washing machine / dryer!!! The Studio is spacious with a very nice view to Pirates Bay. The bistro dinner was also very well prepared and nice. Parking is just outside our room. It's also just a short walk to the Tessellated Pavement across the road. One thing that the reception has done extra and exceptionally well (without asking) - we are given 3 key-cards, the extra one to put in the power-socket all the time!! How thoughtful was THAT. I wish all hotels in the World will do that. We really appreciate that, especially as we need to keep the room warm.

We had a stargazing tent which was beautiful og cozy, it felt like being in a tent in Africa, just with Pademelons instead of elefants. The outdoor tup was so good and comfy, and the stars was sparkling.

Denise was an amazing host, greeted us upon arrival, supplied toys and games for the kids, provided advice on where to eat and how to get about the area. She was an excellent host. The facilities were spacious, very clean and accommodating. Perfect for a family.

Simon the owner welcomed us as soon as we arrived. He was so pleasant to talk to, and really engaged in our conversation. He recommended the Tasman Island cruise run by Rob Pennicott. The cruise was outstanding it exceeded our expectations. We saw it all Whales, Dolphins, Seals, Albatross and the structure of the island was simply outstanding. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Awesome, lovely guests, only a few things could be better, maybe google play, for the younger' families to connect to their services, maybe basics like , butter, sauce, maybe first breakfast included in fridge, we travel a lot and breakfast 1st day is very inviting , just increase first nights rental, overall loved it , we will be back , if you need any painting done, that's my business, beautiful place , 5 stars

The place was exceptional from the owner managers Justin and Denise who tried to think of everything to make our stay very comfortable and addressed any needs we had. The units are very well fitted out already and the owners are continually upgrading them An extremely comfortable and well located stay for exploring the Tasman Peninsula. We really appreciate how well everything from Kitchen facilities, to bathroom and bedroom were completely functional.
