We only met one staff member, but she was super nice. We stayed in one of the GoRooms. There's not room for much, other than the bed, but that's fine – at least for a night or two.

Beautiful lodges in the rainforest, very quiet and peaceful, plenty of birdlife. Room was very comfortable and clean, and surprisingly cool despite the outside heat even without A/C. Laura and her mum were very friendly and helpful, made sure we had a comfortable stay. No phone reception but reliable wifi. Location is perfect, close to the Crater Lakes and not far from towns, but still secluded. Excellent value for money. Would stay here again any day.
