Location! The beach house looked over the road to smiths beach and the ocean and sunset were beautiful We travelled as inter generational family so had tow king suites which was much appreciated Loved the fully functioning kitchen and option for room service breakfast

House was huge and plenty of space to accomodate the 7 of us comfortably. Great facilities, tv/google speaker etc. massive outdoor area too. Really easy to duck from there to down. Bathrooms were awesome, shower pressure was the best!
