Staff hospitality was great. Despite language challenges, they went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant specially cooked vegetarian pilaf for us at breakfast since vegetarian options were limited. The facilities offered include free usage of Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, billiards and steam suana. Infact we extended our stay by a day at the hotel.

Very good for family especially kids..play area is awsome. Only thing didn't like is the kebab which was too salty. Otherwise stay was wonderfull.

I had an exceptional experience I had during my stay at Arena hotel. We had warm welcome and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, thank you for the upgrade to the Olympics building.the hotel is immaculate cleanliness, which is especially important to me. The room was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the outstanding service provided by the staff members (Farid and the girls on the reception). Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, prices is cheaperthan the restaurant outside. I look forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Wonderful homestay Before departure we had contact on WhatsApp about directions and road condition. Rahma and his family are used to guests. On one hand they welcome you in the family and guide you in the village. On the other hand they respect your privacy. The local, delicious food was served whenever we wanted it. We had a private room, bathroom shared. You will be surprised by the lovely three-year-old daughter and the protecting dog. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you, Rahma!

I have booked the standard cottage but upon reaching the sttaff gave me. A better dehxe cottage which was littke inside to walk but was more scenic and confortable and clean the water was hot and the view was fanstastic . It like a farm gouse in village but got for echo traveller and peace lovers the breakfast was good

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The scenery is truly breathtaking, and the hotel is built on spacious grounds with several clean and comfortable outdoor seating areas, along with tidy restrooms. The staff and reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful — especially Ismat, Khatoun, Fakhr El-Din, and Hussein — who went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay truly special.
