I had an exceptional experience I had during my stay at Arena hotel. We had warm welcome and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, thank you for the upgrade to the Olympics building.the hotel is immaculate cleanliness, which is especially important to me. The room was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the outstanding service provided by the staff members (Farid and the girls on the reception). Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, prices is cheaperthan the restaurant outside. I look forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Fantastic place in the heart of the village with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It was the most beautiful place in the whole Azerbaijan. Facility is modest but very clean. The hosts were very polite and helpful. The owner speaks English. Very tasty food. A great base for nearby trekking trails. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hotel has a lot of facilities but not all were working because of extreme cold weather. My room had a bug and i was quickly moved to another room. It was a wonderful experience. Staff was good too.

Everything about the property was really good, the location feels like u r actually in the middle of a forest on top of a hill, view was awesome, good and the staff were really expectional, close to nature, very well maintained, spacious and clean rooms with all highend facilities. Had a great stay
