The hosts Violeta and her husband are absolutely wonderful - it was cold and her husband had already started a wood fire to ensure I stayed warm, whereas she made me hot soup and brought in some sweets as a welcome. The apartment is not where it is listed but I have made a Google Maps entry now, so please search there and it should be easy to find. Location is not bad - about a kilometre outside the town of Vares, which is walkable. Only one point of improvement would be hot water in the boiler - it is sufficient for only one short shower, which is not ideal after a long day of walking.

Great host, and a very nice accommodation. The communication was easy, they explained everything and were helpful with information. We arrived very late but it was no problem for the owner to wait up for us. The accommodation is brand new, nicely built. WIFI and AC were working flawlessly. Next time we are coming to town we are definitely staying here again! Our best accommodation during our trip this year for sure!
