Tucked into the hill slope in village Slatina near Banja Luka (30-35min from airport); this was a beautiful place in the nature to just relax for few days. There is no "address" as such, so we were directed by the google map location off the dirt road and ready for the surprise! We were welcomed by the owners at the door and they showed us the place to make us comfortable. They have been renting the place for just over a year, and I think that's an awesome financial decision by the young couple. Small house, with everything there perfectly tucked in. Upstairs you have got beds, and kids play area. Very tidy and useful kitchen with a lot of daily necessities already in place (e.g. teabags, coffee, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper, some spices) and plenty of utensils - brilliant! Small but very well planned bathroom, with shower and washing machine plus plenty of towels with towels and even washing liquids readily available. Nice seating area with a lovely comfortable sofa (our teenage daughter used that as a comfy bed) and a satellite TV - excellent arrangement. A fridge, small dining table for 4, a music system, shoe-rack, cupboards - all well taken care of. Outside a big balcony with comfy seating arrangement, even more seating on the garden side with an umbrella, a grill, a trampoline for kids! A nice balcony upstairs also available. Above all, David was always available on phone to suggest me what to do and where to find thing etc, just like a super amicable perfect host in his beautiful country with awesome people ! Well done and keep it up.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Haus Viktoria. It exceeded all our expectations. Tamara and David are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need: from kitchen utensils to bed linen, everything was taken care of. The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Our children absolutely loved the cats and the freedom to play outside. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with sweets and juice, and later we even received fresh vegetables from Tamara’s own garden – such a kind gesture, and very much appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and warm hospitality. We already know where we’ll be staying next time. The room, the receptionist Jelena and Elizabeth were great and extremely helpful. The traditional as great and the food was great. The Italian bar served great drinks and played good music.
