Over halv part of European accomodations that I had a chance to stay (and I travel a lot, for much bigger money) can not be compared to this apartment - newly built, extra clean, sound isolated, got everything what it takes. Excellent food, lots of parking space (video survailance), location just a few minutes from EU border. Host was more then helpfull. A big Yes.
