Very friendly and helpful personnel, tasty dinner at the restaurant, availability of swimming pool and wellness, nature and good air quality outside of the hotel, clean and spacious room (feels very new), close to Monschau and Luxemburg, play area outside the hotel for kids (no fence, so supervision required).

Very easy check-in. Irene was super flexible and easy to talk to. The cottage is charming, spacious and well equipped. Excellent shower!
