We had a wonderful weekend at La Maison Vienvenue. The charming mansion was the perfect base for our cycling trip through the beautiful Ourthe River valley. Afterwards, we enjoyed the evening sun with a local beer on the lovely terrace in the garden. The rooms are authentically decorated with beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and varied, including fresh fruit salad, bacon and eggs, and a selection of cheeses. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who also provided us with excellent, well-planned cycling routes and recommended a great nearby restaurant for Saturday night.

The place is well located, a stone's throw from the nice little village centre and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Quiet location. Owner was responsive over the phone and by mail. The place was super clean and considering its small size, much has been done to maximize the available space.

We were one of the first to stay in the North apartment. We had an amazing time. The apartment has everything you need. The bath is amazing, comfortably fits 2 people. Bed is also really comfortable. Location is just right, on a few minutes walk you are already in nature. The apartment is well designed and little details like a place for your phone in the toilet really show the owners thought about what a perfect stay should feel like.

Spacious room, everything is clean, tidy, nice lighting in the living room and bathroom, lots of useful utensils in the kitchen. It was very nice to relax there. Parking by Aldi nearby. Easy to find a key in a keybox by the door. Not a problem for us, but just point of attention - there are no elevator, only the stairs. And in the duplex itself also the stairs from living room to the bedroom.

What a delight! A comfortable, 3 storey, spacious, well built and fairly new house on the quiet Ravel 5 route, the cycle path (accessible by car for people who have their accomodation there) along the beautiful Ourthe river in the valley between cozy Tilff and Esneux. Absolutely one of the most completely equipped houses we ever rented for our family, in this case, mid July 2024, for 6 adults and a 3 year old. Not only were the practical things all there from a well equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, Nespresso and cups and dishwasher. Inthe garage a washing machine and dryer. Also outdoors was well taken care of. A safe trampoline, a big barbecue, a nice big table and parasol in the spacious garden, three excellent adult bikes and one small kids bike, space in the garage for our own bikes, and in the house enough rooms, beds, several children's beds (cot and bed), 3 toilets and even a bath. Everything secured with an easy to use alarm system and proper lighting everywhere. Spotlessly clean. Easy communication with Cécile. As a base for cycle tours along the river, so close to big and bustling Liége but at the same time so quiet and peaceful, we had a wonderful long weekend.
