I had travelled to see three of the spring Flanders races and ride some of the course myself. The location meant easy access to the routes. I had the most wonderful hosts and they were incredibly helpful, and they provided everything I needed and more. A very well equipped apartment above their garage, with numerous small touches. Not missing anything at all. The breakfast options were plentiful. Would not hesitate to return in the future.

Magical! From the moment you arrive, it feels like you leave all your worries at the door. Alexander is the kind of host everyone dreams of genuinely welcoming, attentive, and perfectly in tune with what guests need. He’s always available for any questions and makes you feel right at home. The place itself is bright, clean, and wonderfully spacious. We stayed there while attending an event for my brother nearby, so unfortunately didn’t have much time to explore Alexander’s thoughtful local recommendations but we absolutely plan to next time. Highly recommended! My family and I are already looking forward to our return.

Brand new, high quality fittings. Super clean. Bart & Claudine are wonderfully welcoming. Brilliant central location. We were walking the Western Front Way between Ypres and Nieupoort and this was a perfect location. We even got to watch the rugby World Cup semi-final on the smart TV.

Amazing house with an outstanding host. Property was ideal for our group visit to the WWI battlefields, very clean and comfortable, everything we needed was provided. Great communication from our host who was brilliant and reacted very quickly to any queries. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Well-appointed property in a central location within the town. Close to 24 hour vending machines, bakery and supermarkets. The bedrooms are fantastic, containing very large beds which appear to be equipped with luxury mattresses. The garden even has a hot-tub!
