United KingdomThe staff exceeded all expectations, the most helpful i have yet experienced, after getting to Bulgaria late i was unable to locate the hotel, by next morning i had also experienced car problems, i managed to contact the hotel who speak excellent English, explained my problems. They organised a repair and then met me and escorted me to the hotel, although they do not serve food, i was offered food as soon as i arrived but just needed shower and sleep. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it is excellent value, exceptionally clean, minutes walk from town and eating places.
