Staff very friendly, clean, nice breakfast.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We had a cute balcony with a view to the pool and the main fortress in town- Tsarevets. Extremely nice and friendly staff, happy to help with everything. The pool was clean and the bar beside it is a definite bonus! Breakfast was also good, we found a few different things on both mornings we spent there. A lot of nature and beautiful views all around the hotel. Location for us was perfect, as it is not inside the crazy center and at the same time very close to just walk there, however, if you do not feel fully safe on an empty road in the evening, you maybe should consider taking a cab.

Loved the view, the spa and the style of the hotel. Easy to get around. Excellent variety for breakfast. Liked having a fridge, coffee and tea in the room.

The public hangout area downstairs provided a perfect place to either work or unwind with a good book and a great glass of some of the finest wine in all of Bulgaria. What truly distinguishes Bridges Residence is its unwavering commitment to service. To their personalized attention and genuine care, made me feel like I was valued. They were quick to assist with any request and were a valuable source of information for exploring the local area with almost all of the city’s charm/activities within walking distance. In summary, my stay was a symphony of elegance, comfort, and individualized attention, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

Everything was better than expected. The apartament was clean and well taken cared of. We had all the amenities one could expect. This is an apartement with two bedrooms, kitchen and balcony with view to the parking space. The host, very polite and helpful. I personally recommend to anyone looking at this. Great price great value.

This was the cleanest room I have ever stayed. Owner of the hotel and the employees were also great and they were always keep in touch with us during olur trip. We will stay there again for sure. For the Turkish guest, this hotel is a great destination as you are traveling from Romania or Bulgaria back to Turkey.

We stayed in the studio apartment and it was very homey and warm. The staff even made the couch bed for us which was a pleasant surprise after coming in from exploring Veliko Turnovo. The sapce is small but very well thought out, every amenity is there. Bathroom is not heated in any way, so it can get a bit chilly, but the AC is warming up the room nicely. There’s a big patio space with swings, benches and tables which is set up perfectly for an evening drink ;) We also made friends with a local kitty who turned out to be very friendly!
