Blue Belize is situated at the far end of the town at the end of the road away from the noise of the town near the waters edge. we stay on 1st floor over looking the very old mango trees through to the water. Sitting on the covered balcony eating a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit and warm home made muffins, drinking coffee and fresh juice and listening to the birds. Honestly this is old Belize at its best. shhhh don’t tell everyone it’s not called the forgotten District for no reason.

Featuring garden views, Sun Creek Lodge in Punta Gorda features accommodation and a terrace. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

we really enjoyed having the pool to ourselves, being able to relax in tranquility. the air-conditioning inside was a bonus escape from the heat at the time of year we travelled. all cooking utensils you could need.
