Hosts Lori and Brian are very welcoming and make you feel like family. They have thought of everything and went beyond to suggest activities and culinary options. Breakfast was fantastic. Wide assortment of local products that pleased everyone.

    Mama's by the Sea is a unique bed & breakfast in that Kim, the owner and host, is so welcoming and engaging. Guests are made to feel as though they have moved in and are like family. The breakfast was good. Better still was the lobster boil that Kim offers guests. She obtains the lobsters, you bring the side dishes you want, and at the end of a long day touring the area, Kim cooks them up and serves the freshest lobster you can ever hope for. It is an extra cost, but we found it reasonable. What a treat!

    Kim was a super host, it was like staying with family. The house is great and a stone's throw from the sea. Kim recommended the restaurant in town that gave a 15 % discount, bonus !
