The staff was very friendly and inviting. The pool was clean and rooms as well. Amazing contanental breakfast with a variety of options for everyone. The housekeeper we had on floor 3 was very friendly and also helped us with extra towels and pillows when we asked and asked if there was anything else she could help us with. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We also liked that we could also use the BBQ that is on site as well. Which helped with keeping our cost down while on vacation with the family. We also like that there was alot of beachs to go to within less then a hour away and one just down the road for the hotel in Port elgin which had a small park, volleyball courts, flushable washrooms, showers and live entertainment on the Sunday We stayed. The beach was also sandy and not rocky like goderich.

The location was close to grocery stores and not far from the beach front. Quiet community. Not worth it though.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The interior was beautifully designed and created a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness really stood out.
