The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed including shops, restaurants, and major highways. From the comfortable bed and stylish furniture to the well-equipped kitchen and spotless bathroom, everything felt brand new and meticulously maintained. Had a wonderful stay at Jessica's cozy home. Check in is seamless, room and bathroom are spotless, you can find everything you need in the house. There is public transportation close by to connect to downtown easily. Restaurants, cafes are around the corner. It's a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Shelley’s place was such a gem! The house is tucked right next to the Don River and Don Valley Trail, so you’re surrounded by beautiful nature but still super close to the highways and anything you might need. The rooms were massive, sparkling clean, and everything inside looked like it came straight out of a design magazine — so stylish and cozy! Shelley herself is just the sweetest host — so warm and welcoming. She made us an amazing vegetarian breakfast with tons of fresh fruits. It was such a lovely way to start the day! We felt so comfortable and well taken care of. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property is in quiet residential area walkable to a train station into the city 30 minutes, the property is totally self-contained. The owners live in the other half of the house above the facilities were great, including Jacuzzi and sauna and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. it is exactly as shown in the photographs as we were there for a week in the winter. The heating facilities worked perfectly and there is a washer and tumble dryer. The owner met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us useful information about the property and his wife met us a couple of times and was really helpful On the night before departure The lady owner called round and gave us all four of us a gift to remember Toronto by to take home We would highly recommend this property,
