Hosts were very polite and helpful. We had issues with our booking at another hotel, so this booking was done by BOOKING.COM. The hosts Tobias was kind enough to accommodate at the last minute. He prepared the apartment and was ready in an hour. Since we arrived late, Tobias has even provided groceries for late quick meals. The apartment was clean , nice and had all the amenities. The view from bedroom was snow clad mountains.

Exceptional location, very close to the Mürren BLM station. Generous and varied breakfast served in a lounge with spectacular panoramic views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the three peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were very kind and empathetic in the face of an unexpected and very difficult health issue for us: from the receptionists to the waiters, everyone was very attentive and supportive. We hope to return to Mürren, and if rooms are available, we will stay at Hotel Alpina again. Thank you for everything.

This traditional property was very comfortable, clean and provided everything we wanted. It is in a great location with great views to the church and Staubbach waterfall and within walking distance of everything. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It is well located, a bit uphill, but only 8-9 min walk from Wengen train station. My room had an amazing mountain view, i cannot even describe how mesmerizing it was. Everything was super clean and well functioning in the room. The hotel provides transfer to and fro from the train station and that's really appreciated for first timer to this part of the Swiss Alps. The staff are warm and friendly making my stay memorable.

Spa, restaurant, bar were fantastic. Perfect location opposite the main ski lift. Staff were great and were very accommodating. We had duplex room, which was a little cramped. But also viewed some of the regular rooms which were a good size.
