Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

We had an exceptionally lovely stay in the Junior‘s Suite and the best side of Swiss summer! We should write here what we liked: simply everything! The staff is so friendly and the room clean, so well designed and in total just amazing!

A very nice hotel with a nice view on the luzern and the lake, the personnel was very kind and helpful, room is nice and spacious, too bad we could only stay one night, since it was full for the rest of the time. Restaurant is also very good quality, we enjoyed a nice dinner. Hope to be able to visit them again and stay longer.

We loved Hotel Central Luzern, it's an excellent place to stay in Luzern, because meets with all things we were looking for: the location (just one block away form the train station); the hotel room is so comfortable, the buffet breakfast and the lounge room is excellent; the free water, coffee and tea; the staff is very kind and friendly; and the buses in the city are included.

Opening in December 2016, Boutiquehotel Anker Luzern is located in a historical building in the centre of Luzern, right on the Pilatusplatz square.

This hotel is absolutely superb! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most wonderful lady (wished I remember her name) who made us feel so welcome and was very helpful. The breakfast was exquisite, offering a delicious variety of options to start the day perfectly. The interior design is truly original, with a unique and stylish touch that adds to the charm of the place. And the rooms? Just wow—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We got an upgrade - we were on the sixth floor and though our windows were facing the street, we didn't hear anything during the night. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from both the train station and the old town, making it super convenient for exploring. One highlight of our trip was dining at a restaurant recommended by the hotel. We wanted to go out for dinner, and it didn’t disappoint—on the contrary, it turned out to be an unusual and memorable experience! Thank you for making our stay so special and giving us such wonderful memories. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
