The staff was courteous, very helpful and friendly. Just great! The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all wonderful. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends.

location, service, environment and facility are all perfect for us! If you have kids, they would love the chocolate fountain at the entrance as well as the decoration of the hotel! 还有一位会说中文的姐姐，非常热情！ I would definitely choose this hotel if I come back to Lausanne again.

Hotel was very nice and clean, view was however not great, it was a construction building for me. The restaurant had very good dinner selection. But breakfast was the same everyday, something to consider, maybe changing few things everyday

The location is great. Right next to the lake, so you have a nice view from the restaurant.also close to the city centre. Nice room. All in all elegant.
