We had a memorable stay and will return for sure. It is quintessential rural Switzerland at its finest-- with the gentle sound of cowbells ringing through the valley. Note that if you have roller bag, you really need to use their transport service, and the road getting up is quite steep -- but it is totally worth it. Oliver and Sarah made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the beautiful views out our window, the snacks and juices in the room and the fantastic breakfast. We also were wowed by Oliver's cooking and thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Hotel on both nights of our stay. With so many hiking trails right outside the door, we would have loved to stay for weeks!

Everything was really great, chef was friendly and personable, the breakfast was excellent, the dormitory comfortable and varied in sleeping options, and the location is idyllic and not too remote.

Everyone and everything here was amazing ! The young lady who checked us in at reception was so nice and helped with all we needed to know about the area .. the guys in the restaurant and the bar also extremely nice .. cocktails were exceptional! Best Negroni I ever had .. absolutely beautiful location

The nature is amazing there all around. The hotel.is nice, clean, with restaurant and very important - with parking included. The price is lower than the rest of hotels in Lauterbrunnen. I do recommend it!
