We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!

I was traveling with my family and I had the impression that we were visiting old friends. I'm very grateful to the hotel team, who created a warm and cozy home atmosphere. Special thanks to Mrs. Conny for her kindness, positive emotions and good sense of humor, Mrs. Gosia and Mrs. Oksana for the delicious breakfasts, dinners and good company. The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with sweets and drinks upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there’s even a helpful user manual for the dishwasher, stove, and other equipment. Fresh condiments and cooking essentials were available in the cupboard, which we really appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable—just what we needed after a full day of exploring—and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. The views are stunning, with a serene lake at the front and mountains at the back. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and the Volg supermarket is just a short walk away. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.
