Everyone at the hotel were extremely courteous and warm. It was a pleasure meeting them . Especially appreciated the ,on the house,coffee, tea and water at the reception. This is a true luxury in Europe The Location is exceptional. It was quiet and serene, yet accessible to the major tourist spots. I am definitely coming back again.. Special thanks to Jascha and Kay . Loed the bar room location . Nr to train station only 15 mins to Lucerne. Ferry port on the lake was only 5 min walk .

Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern. The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast. Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

Location was really good. Shopping alleys just right down the lane, ferry and train terminal just about 10-15 mins walk. For Muslim travellers, there are two halal restaurants in the same alley as the accommodation. Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Check in time is 3pm. We were so grateful that an early check in was possible as we have a toddler with us. The room was modern and updated. It is nice and comfortable.
