Very pleasant, renovated hotel in a central location. The rooms are cosy and well-equipped, kept perfectly clean. Very comfy bed and the shower is nice and cosy. Lovely breakfast with a nice selection of warm and cold food.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Genève. The staff was really kind and we got a room upgrade which was amazing since we had more space. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The hotel staff is also very kind and they left attentions such as delicious snacks and special tea selection in the room. The apartment is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. the location is perfect - very centrally located and within walking distance from almost anything. We really loved it and would recommend.

Very beautiful room and lovely bathroom, friendly helpful service, lots of thoughtful extras like a small gift, welcome drink and snacks, newspaper of choice delivered to my room, turn-down service, and luxurious bath products.
