Stunning view from this oceanfront and upscale villa. The deck is very large with glass partitions so the view is absolutely unobstructed! The facilities are spacious and very modern and new. The beds are super comfortable with lovely linens and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing with a shower to die for. Plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen had every amenity possible even an espresso machine with pods provided. All the appliances are in perfect condition and the fridge was even stocked with a nice cold bottle of water and champagne!! Wow! Thanks! The living room furniture was nice and comfy. There is an excellent washer and outside clothes line for drying. We didn't need to use the AC because of the light breeze and weather we experienced but the AC is new and in each bedroom. We hope to stay here again!

Property was new. We were the 1st to stay at the property. Bonus was the pool. Felt like we were living in a hotel. Recommend this villa to anyone travelling to Raro. Host was always there when we needed things. Would go back there when we visit Raro.

Big bed was very comfortable. The new air conditioning was great! Everything was clean and in good working order. Extremely nice people. Nearby shops, close to the airport and a huge mango tree full of fruit. This place is above excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to relax. Thanks so much

Gorgeous house with lots of practical touches. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. Maria was lovely. The walk up to the Hospital Lookout is well worth doing.

    Very comfortable with good facilities. There is a small shop next door which stocks a range of groceries and wine/beer. We spent most evenings outside under the large veranda where there is a BBQ, table and sofas. The two villas share a pool which was usually occupied by our grandkids who were in the other villa.

    Are Ara Pineapple house is very nice, clean, Beds are comfortable. Nice big deck and lovely garden, we really enjoyed it. The kitchen and family/living area has everything that we need. The big gas cook top and air fryer are great. The location is very close to the beautiful beach/lagoon, restaurants, bakery convenience stores, car rentals etc.. Early Check in and check out was very easy. Amy is very friendly, funny and helpful. We would stay at Are Ara again. Thanks Amy

    What a beautiful place to stay! So convenient with the dairy, fish n chips and Mai'i Kitchen right next door. The house is beautifully presented and just felt like home. Loved our little furry pets that became family members during our stay. Loved the pool was lovely to swim when ever needed. Beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans were great. Thank yous for the basics on arrival really appreciated it and the beautiful fruit bowl....yuuuum!

    We all loved our stay! Jaret was a fabulous host who was really wanting us to have a great holiday. It feels like you are staying with extended family. Great location, super clean, gardens amazing, incredibly relaxing! Can't wait to go back.

    Both properties were fabulous. Both were really well set up and beautifully decorated. The gardens and the pool were just right for the whole family. We were delighted with just about everything. Communication was easy, and the position was great. Easy parking and close to the shops and night market.

    We loved the house as it was very functional, well equiped and clean. The grounds were amazing, lots of space for our kids to explore. The pool was the highlight and the little playground was great too. The outdoor living area is fab. We found ourselves getting food from local places and coming back to the house to eat as it was very relaxing, especially with a toddler. Also, the beds were really comfortable and the temperature of the house was perfect with the fans on. The hosts were also lovely and very accommodating.
