I am an Australian who only speaks English. The team member found Kimmy who was very fluent in English and was over the top helpful. He wrote out locations for me to go in English then Chinese so I could communicate to get transport to where I wanted to go. He even helped me with how to set up payment apps through phone since you can’t use credit card In China. I would highly recommend Kimmy if you are an English spoken traveller. A1 service Thankyou 😊

This hotel is Shanghai's best kept secret. If you need to stay north of the city, stay here. It feels like a miniature Disneyland. Pictures of the grand staircase are accurate and do not disappoint. Staff checking in told me that the rate for my room had changed -- it had actually become *cheaper* relative to what I booked. They spent a half hour trying to get me the cheaper room rate -- outstanding. The bedroom was luxurious, like staying in a palace. Largest bed I've ever seen -- 1.5x wider than it was long. Short walk from Baoyang Rd metro station. Maybe a half hour to get back to the city on the metro, so not too long though it feels long the first time! Mall next door has food and other amenities. Breakfast was delicious. This was the best hotel I stayed in for the price during my last trip to China.

There is nothing not to like about the Savhe Atour hotel! Its location is excellent; only a short walk to a beautiful part of the Bund and lots of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and every detail has been handled. The cherry on top was the service, in particular, Johnny and Ron who were always available to make sure our stay at Savhe was the most comfortable and enjoyable it could be. Thank you Savhe Atour for making our first visit to China so memorable! We will definitely be back!

This hotel amazed me with their 5 stars services Upon the arrival, the hotel not manage to get the room ready on time, but they immediately compensate the breakfast without hesitation which really top class of PR disaster recovery. Their laundry service also impressed me as I only need to drop my cloth into washing machine, their staff will assist to put into dryer even it's midnight and the next day morning, the cloth appear at your doorstep. Wonderful job Their breakfast not a lot of choice but each day dishes is different and it's with Shanghai style. Really impressive. All the staffs here is very helpful and do their best to make every customers feel at home. Thumbs up to the team.

Very clean apartment with complete facilities: towels, liquid shampoo, soap, dishwashing, laundry; 2 queen size beds with comfortable comforters, inverter stove, cooking stoneware, plates, utensils, microwave, washing machine, aircon, dining table with 4 chairs, bath slippers, etc. Apartment has a wide area with a nice clean toilet and bath. There is access to the mall at the basement, with lots of restaurants and shops within and around the building. Starbucks, KFC and Aldi are just a feet away. Subway station below the accommodation bldg, make it so easy to travel by Metro. Metro trains are very, very affordable too. You can also request airport transfers for so reasonable a price. Liza, Damuel, David and hotel staff are so friendly.

We got everything we needed in this place and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We cooked and did laundry everyday, also, it's very convenient to get food and grocery delivered to the apartment. Xiepu Road Metro Station is only 5 minutes walking distance from this apartment. We did enjoy our two-week stay in this place.
